Pre-Registration Notice

All new, transferee, and existing students are required to pre-register. This process includes the E-Learning Readiness Survey along with other important questions mandated by the Department of Education.

Important for Early Bird Enrollees:

There will be no fee adjustments for early bird enrollees. However, they are still required to pre-register their child to be enlisted in our Learning Management System.

After submitting the form, one of our representatives will contact you within 2 to 3 business days to provide the registration details and enrollment procedures. Please note that applications undergo both validation and verification.
